We primarily work with product-led companies and companies that leverage their product to acquire customers.
If you use a trial/freemium model in combination with a sales team to acquire and onboard customers, we're a great fit and have 15 years of experience working with SaaS products like yours.
Our goal is to learn what the highest converting customer experience is for your ideal customers, whether product-led, sales-led, or some combination of the two (like product-led sales). If that sounds good to you, you should book a call.
We're probably not the right fit for you if you're only leveraging an outbound motion to acquire customers. That's because we rely on the context and circumstances that lead to customers experiencing the problem you solve and seeking out a solution.

Every team and product we work with is unique. We use a combination of many sources to guide our strategic recommendations.

In some cases we may also recommend churn interviews at an additional cost.

That's because we rely on market signals, including customer research, to identify and define your best-fit customer so that we can help you get more of them.
